Massive Dollar Record Sale This Sunday, April 12th.
During the Court Street Street Fair, Black Gold Records will flood the sidewalks and part of the street with dozens and dozens of boxes of LPs, 12″s, 45s, CDs, and Cassettes. Every item will be $1 a piece. This starts at 10am and goes until 6pm. Thousands of records, thousands of Cassettes and CDs – many still factory sealed!

Who can shop at this event?
A: Anyone with cash, debit, credit, whatever. All ages.
What kind of music can I expect to see?
A: A little bit of everything: From Rock, to Jazz, R&B, Classical, New Wave, Hard Rock, Hip Hop, Popular, Disco, Dance, Grunge… it goes and goes.
How much stuff is it?
A: We couldn’t really get an accurate count because the boxes go so deep to the walls but we are estimating several thousands LPs and 12″s, several thousand 45s, several thousand CDs, and several hundred cassettes.
If I’m not there at 10am will I miss it all?
A: Absolutely not! generally speaking the first several dozen people to line up will get first at it. You have a very good chance at seeing the stuff immediately at 10am… either way there’s so much stuff and stuff coming out all day as room for more is made available / things sell. You will find something at any point in the day. Don’t stress…Just show up! It’s a blast!
Can I see the stuff early?
A: No. Sorry! We get a lot of messages about people needing to work that day or being out of town before the date asking to get a peek at the stock. What fun would that be?! We, the owners don’t even know exactly what we’ve stashed! It’s a protected and fun secret! No one has seen this stuff yet!
